A contemporarily styled interpretation of Roger W. Smith’s Series 2, this watch departs in subtle ways from the stylistic conventions of his work of the time. While retaining hallmark elements such as the engraving by Charles Scarr, elegantly scalloped hands, and richly textured engine-turning, the watch brings together some of the best qualities of Smith’s early output with a discernible shift toward a more expanded aesthetic experimentation seen in his work today.
